Need an online database to collect marketing information? Maybe you're a small business and don't have IT staff. Or your IT folks are too busy to bother with your small project. You might want to look into eCriteria, a company that provides databases that you can configure with a web browser and even hook into your website. I've not tested it, but the value is clear, and their prices look reasonable. One question to ask: can you save your database data to your computer? Otherwise, it looks like a great way for a small business to store marketing data.
