Larry Chase, publisher of Web Digest of Marketers, has an excellent set of links to free search engine optimization tools, including a link analysis tool that enables you to find those sites that are linking to your competitors but that are not yet linking to your site.

Unfortunately, I found this page while trying to find the online home for the latest issue which has excellent Google tools: XML Site Map Generator, Check Rankings, Google AgeShare Calculator, and 99 Google Ranking Factors Checklist, among others.
