Project Management Checklists

This is an excellent set of checklists to use at every stage of a project. It's particularly useful for smaller businesses that don't have dedicated project management staff. Those folks still need the structured process these checklists offer. From Cardboard.nu, the website of Australian programmer Alan Green (a man with perhaps too much time on his hands if he rewrote an existing Twisted Python server app to serve up his website).
