Design by Fire has an hysterical makeover done by five designers of Jakob Nielsen's latest guidelines on how to display usable links. The makeover ranges from serious to hysterical to libelous (well, sort of, if you don't have a sense of humor). This piece is an excellent tour of issues to be considered when you present useful information online and in print.
Found this through MarketingVox Design (thanks, Veronica!). My only complaint is that the five reviewers of Nielsen's work are all guys; technically, if you look at the title of the TV show (Queer Eye for the Straight Guy), gender is not specified. I assume this article was done as a great idea quickly realized so being PC was not an issue.
