Namo WebEditor: Low Cost Web Authoring Software

WebEditor for $89 USD appears to be a good software tool to consider if you're looking for a low cost alternative to Macromedia Dreamweaver. It includes WebBoard, a discussion newsgroup software package. Found through Marketing Vox Design newsletter (formerly I-Design but they still have the same excellent moderator).
