ASP.Net Web Matrix Application Development Tool

"ASP.NET Web Matrix is a community-supported, easy-to-use WYSIWYG application development tool for ASP.NET. It can be installed via a quick 1.3 MB download (about 5 minutes using a 56Kb modem). New features include: Access database support, J# support, design time enhancements including improved table editing and user-control rendering, many bug fixes, and much more!"

Looks like an interesting and free tool if you code with Microsoft software technologies. From ASP.net. The site appears to be Microsoft-run but has a lot of links on the home page to useful resources at the bottom left of the page, including my favorite: ASP For Blondes, a site run by a woman with brown hair.
