Check this out: Go to Google. Type miserable failure (two words) as your search term. Click the I'm Feeling Lucky button. Amazing. Republicans won't like it. And I wonder how the site owner will feel when their log files show this to be a search term used to find their website... Very funny. Seriously, though, one wonders how this turns up as the top search result. Given the recent changes to the Google search algorithm, maybe that is the cause. I wonder how long it'll take for someone to call Google and if Google will "fix" the problem. Found in an email newsletter from tincan, a British web firm and creators of phplist. (Update: Veronica Yuill points out that it is apparently the result of an underground campaign to scam Google's search algorithm. Usually it's unscrupulous businesses that distort Google results; in this case, it's a form of political speech.)
