Nucleus Weblog Software

Nucleus is a weblog and content management system written in PHP using a MySQL database. It's got a lot of features including multiple authors, karma voting, categories (looks like parent/child categories, too), and documentation written in non-English languages (e.g., Persian, Korean, Japanese). I've installed it for testing and found the install process to be straightforward and the admin process to be very evolved. And it outputs valid XHTML/CSS as well as RSS. Support includes documentation, a forum, and a wiki.
