Running PHP on Windows: Zend/Win Enabler

Zend the makers of Zend Studio, an excellent IDE for PHP, has announced an application called Zend/Win Enabler that runs PHP on Windows faster than the default PHP install on Apache. Their application is optimized for the Windows multi-thread environment.
