"Seattle's Amazon.com may have earned a page in intellectual history yesterday when it made the text of 120,000 books, with more than 33 million pages, fully searchable at no charge by anyone with Internet access, a Web browser and a credit card." Not only literature (Joyce anyone?) but also business, programming, and design books. From Seattle Post Intelligencer.
