US Cable Modem Rules In Limbo

“Federal rules governing the regulation of cable modem service were thrown into limbo Monday when a federal appeals court in San Francisco ordered the Federal Communications Commission to revisit them.” Good news for competitive pricing. Right now the price of cable modem access is much too high. Lower prices also would mean more people get broadband access.
