Votations: Free polls and surveys and direct marketing tools

In doing an online survey for the Pew Internet Project, I decoded their URL and found Votations. They have a free (up to 15 questions) online survey capability like SurveyMonkey. Looks like a great alternative since, among other capabilities, the Votations site works in French and English.
